ETNOWE ensures fairness and transparency for both customers and merchants.

Reporting an issue:

  • Wrong or Missing Items: Report within 24 hours through the app or email support@etnowe.com.

  • Damaged Products: Take clear photos and submit them through the support portal or in-app help section.

Refunds:

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
