You can create an ETNOWE account as either a Customer or a Merchant.

For Customers:

Open the ETNOWE app or website.

Click “Sign Up.”

Enter your name, email, phone number, and password.

Verify your email or phone number using the code sent to you.

Once completed, your account is ready, you can start browsing and placing orders immediately.

For Merchants

Go to the ETNOWE Merchant Portal or open the ETNOWE app.

Click “Sign Up as a Merchant.”

Enter your full name, email, phone number, and password.

Verify your email through the link or code sent to your inbox.

After verification, you’ll be guided through the Merchant Onboarding Steps:
Merchant Onboarding Steps
Once your email is verified, follow the onboarding instructions:
1. Select Business Category
Choose your business type, e.g., Grocery, Restaurant, Retail, Pharmacy, etc.
2. Upload Required Documents
Submit the necessary business verification documents such as:

Valid ID

Business registration certificate

Any additional documents based on your region
3. Banking Setup (Stripe Integration)
You will be redirected to Stripe, ETNOWE’s secure payment partner, to complete your Stripe registration.
This setup allows ETNOWE to:-
Process your payouts automatically

Handle refunds and settlements
Account Approval
Once your information is reviewed and approved:

Your store will go live on ETNOWE

Manage orders

Track performance
