Currently, merchants can upload products or menus only through the ETNOWE Admin Panel.

For Grocery Stores (Products):

  1. Log in to your Merchant Admin Panel.

  2. Go to Products → Add Product.

  3. Enter the item name, description, size, and metadata (as provided by ETNOWE).

  4. Add the quantity and cost, then click Save.

If your product is not listed, you can upload it using a spreadsheet (CSV file).

Your CSV file should include:

  • Product Name

  • Cost

  • Brand

  • Product Code (SKU/BARCODE/UPC)

  • Size/Weight

  • Quantity

If you don’t have a product code, you can still upload and update it later.

After uploading, match your column titles correctly:

  • Product Name → Name

  • Cost → Price

  • Brand → Brand

  • Product Code → SKU/BARCODE/UPC

  • Size → Size/Weight

Then click Continue to finish uploading.

Store Inventory vs Pending Inventory

After uploading, your products will appear in two sections:

  • Store Inventory: Items already available on the ETNOWE website.

  • Pending Inventory: Items not yet in our system.

Products in the Pending Inventory will not show in your store until completed.

To activate them:

  1. Open each pending product.

  2. Add the category, description, fix price, brand, size, quantity, and image.

  3. Click Save to move it into your Store Inventory.

For Restaurants (Menus)

  1. Log in to your Merchant Admin Panel.

  2. Go to Menu → Add Menu.

  3. You can create menus under the following sections:

    • Main Dish

    • Side

    • Drinks

    • Packaging

    • or upload using a CSV file (by preparing your menu in a spreadsheet).

When adding manually, fill in:

  • Name and Alternative Name

  • Price

  • Type (Main, Side, Drink, or Packaging)

  • Unit of Measurement (Each, Small, Medium, or Large)

  • Category

  • Menu Description

  • Metadata

You can also create food options, for example, a Main Dish (Rice) may have options like Beans or Plantain.

Note: Before adding options, save them under Side first. Once saved, you can select them as options for your main dish.

Click Add Food to complete the process.
