How Orders Work (Receiving, Accepting, and Fulfilling Orders)

  1. New orders appear on your Home Screen.

  2. Tap the order to view details and Confirm Order to accept it.

  3. Once accepted, the order moves to In Progress.

  4. When ready, mark it as Ready for Pickup.

  5. After the order is delivered and confirmed by the customer, it moves to Complete.
